All rentals are subject to approval.

The site must be level and on a firm surface which can include concrete, grass and dirt. Muddy soil will not be acceptable. Hills and slopes are not acceptable because the inflatable needs to be secured to the ground to avoid injury.

In the event of severe weather, the inflatable can lift off the ground and should not be used. If bad weather is predicted for that day, the rental can be postponed and the fees can be transferred to the new date.

The renter is responsible for all damages that occur to the inflatable, straps, cords and generator. This includes occupants entering the inflatable with shoes, sharp objects on their person or intentional damgage to the rental.

KidsJumpNC is not responsible for any injury to any of the occupiants or damage to any object or person near the inflatable.
